What is it?
A visa for non-EU citizens who have sufficient financial means to stay in Spain WITHOUT engaging in any paid work or employment.• Also called Retirement Visa or Non Working Visa.
• The visa given by the Consulate will be valid for 90 days. Once in Spain, a TIE must be applied to obtain the 1-year residency permit, which is renewable for another 2 years.
• A path to Spanish citizenship (For Filipinos, need to prove 2-year stay in Spain in order to be eligible).
• Can bring immediate family members as dependents (spouse/ partner/ children/ adult children who are financially dependent on main applicant due to being unmarried and without income/ parents who are financially dependent on main applicant).

Retirees/ individuals with no active employment or on a career break/ fresh grads/ passive income earners (property renters, silent investors/ shareholders/ businessowners) with savings that meet the minimum requirement.Where to apply?
